"I originally ordered the performance seat. When my wife sat on the passenger portion of the seat she did not care for it. I called your office and spoke with salesmen. He suggested a different type of seat and explained i needed to return the seat and when he received confirmation on the tracking #, he submitted the new seat and it was sent to my home of record. I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the new seat. I would definitely shop your store again. The new seat arrived and it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you!"
