RETURN POLICY

QUICK-SIMPLE-EASY

At Lifestyle Cycles we want your experience with us to be that of pleasure and our service to be equalled by none. Buying parts and accessories for your bike should be quick, simple and easy! We are also riders and builders! We know that you may not be ready to install the parts and accessories right when you get them. With that in mind, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items will be subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund. All Returns are Subject to a 20% Restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact Lifestyle Cycles at Support@lifestylecycles.com. A Return authorization will be sent via email with RMA number.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your product is defective and the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. That means Lifestyle Cycles will pay the cost of regular shipping, NOT special shipping such as overnight or second day. This also means that YOU must repack the product in a safe shippable manner and deliver it to a shipping company such as UPS, FedEx or other specified shippers. 

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the part or parts they are ordering are the correct part or parts for their year, make and model. If you are not certain, please call Lifestyle Cycles at (714) 215-4059 prior to placing order. Our professional staff is ready and waiting to help you make the right choices for your application. 

In all other circumstances purchaser is solely responsible for shipping return Items to the seller and returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you ordered the part(s) by mistake or no longer want the item(s) and the order was sent free of any freight charges, the exact cost of shipping the part(s) to you will be deducted from the refund. 

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the package. Please take note that your credit card provider may take a few days before the funds are back in your account or the refund shows on your statement.

CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND!

This includes Seats, Exhaust systems, Custom Audio Harnesses and Custom Audio Fabrication.

All sales are FINAL on Closeout Items - CLOSEOUT ITEMS are not eligible to be returned under any circumstance. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No refunds or exchanges will be granted on items damaged or installed improperly by purchaser, their agents or associated third party.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL electrical items will be tested once returned. Please make sure you are installing them properly. Lifestyle Cycles provides instructional videos on its YouTube Channel. If you still need help our customer service team will help guide you thru the installation process to help you successfully complete your project. Lifestyle Cycles IS NOT responsible for items damaged buy purchaser under any circumstances!

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

Freedom Exhaust Cancellation Policy

All Freedom Exhaust Orders are Assembled to order by the Manufacturer. All Freedom Exhaust Policies apply to all Freedom Exhaust Orders.

Freedom Performance Exhaust aftermarket parts ordered CANNOT be canceled or refunded after “24 hours” from the date / time of purchase.  

Special ticketed Events - Special event tickets ie. Bagger Racing League, America Ride, Midget Wrestling, Lifestyle Cycles Exclusive ticketed events are Non Refundable. In most cases tickets will be transferable in the event you can not attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances.    

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If this does not suit your specific needs, please contact our Lifestyle Cycles customer service representatives at (714) 215-4059 and we will make every effort to accommodate your individual situation.

Warranty

The purchaser hereby agrees to be bound by the manufacturers written warranty policies. Defective and/or warranty items will be repaired or replaced via the manufacturer's written warranty policy. 

Black Ceramic Coating Disclaimer:

Due to the extreme operating conditions associated with high-performance engine builds, ceramic-coated exhaust systems are not warrantied against coating discoloration, flaking, or failure resulting from excessive exhaust temperatures. These issues are typically caused by improper air/fuel ratios, insufficient tuning, or other build-related factors beyond our control. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring their engines are tuned within safe operating parameters. Coating integrity is not covered under warranty when used in racing or high-performance applications.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders must be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing order to avoid order cancellation fee of $35.00

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been fulfilled or sent to a third party warehouse for fulfillment. Orders that have been fulfilled or sent to a third party warehouse for fulfillment must receive product must follow the above return policy. 

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once a missing package inquiry has been initiated. Once an investigation has been opened with the Shipping Carrier Lifestyle Cycles must adhere to the guidelines of the carrier estimated time for the investigation to conclude and be issued an outcome can vary ( 7 - 15) Business days.

At Lifestyle Cycles, we take parcel theft and fraud very seriously. Our Loss Prevention and Fraud Investigations Department, with years of law enforcement experience, is dedicated to assisting in the claims process to recover missing packages or identify potential fraud. Should any fraudulent activity be detected, our team will escalate the findings to our Legal Department for further review and potential prosecution to the full extent of the law. We are committed to ensuring the security of your orders and protecting both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity.

Megabucks Rewards are offered as a courtesy and are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice. Lifestyle Cycles management and manufacturers reserve the right to modify program details as needed.

  • Returned items do not count toward earning MEGABUCKS, and any MEGABUCKS awarded on a subsequently returned purchase will be deducted from your account. 

The Value of MEGABUCKS
MEGABUCKS is worth its face value equivalent to the U.S. dollar in store credit at LIFESTYLE CYCLES ONLINE MEGASTORE. MEGABUCKS is not legal tender, and has no value beyond LIFESTYLE CYCLES ONLINE MEGASTORE.

MEGABUCKS Expiration

Megabucks expire 6 Months from date of purchase.
