S&S Cylinder

• 2x S&S 4.000" bore cylinders
• Low friction ductile cast iron liner
• Bolt in
• No maching, balancing, or splitting the crankcase
• Can be used with stock heads
• Increase displacement from 88 ci to 100 ci

Piston Kit

• 2x 4.000" pistons for front and rear
• 2x 0.927" piston pins
• 4x Piston pin clips with installation tool
• 2x Ring packs which includes the top, second, oil rail and expander rings
• Provides 10.5:1 compression ratio

S&S 585 Easy Start® Cam Specifications

• Intake: Open 20° / Close 45° / Duration at 0.053" 245° / Valve Lift 0.585"
• Exhaust: Open 60° / Close 20° / Duration at 0.053" 260° / Valve Lift 0.585"

S&S Quickee Pushrods

• Adjustable with chrome tubes

TC3 Cam Support Plate and TC3 Oil Pump

• Machined from aluminum forgings
• Ensures consistent oil pressure and engine longevity

Precision Hydraulic Tappets

• Close tolerances for low leak down rates
• Reduced valve train noise from start to shut down

Notes

• Not for '06 Dyna.
• Not compatible with S&S 79 cc Super Stock® heads.
• Not recommended for Tri-Glide or other three wheel models due to lugging nature of these bikes.
• '99-'04 Twin Cams will require the additional purchase of valve spring kit (sold separately).
• Pinion shaft runout must be less than .003" to use gear drive cams.
